TECHNOLOGY for Outreach introduces The Bunch Family Reunion Technology Award Scholarship.
For years, Technology for Outreach has been committed to promoting technology education. Our current offering of Technology Courses, Free Seminars and past academic sponsorships confirm this commitment.
When we discovered the Bunch Family Reunion Committee desired to begin a new family tradition of presenting education scholarships at their family reunion, we leaped to the opportunity to partner with them by offering to sponsor a technology award for their 2008 reunion. Through this partnership, the Bunch Family Tech Award Fund was established.
Donations made in the name of the Bunch Family Tech Award Fund, will support this award. Donors can give generously knowing their gift is (US) tax deductible.
2008 Bunch Family Reunion Committee President, Mrs. Jean Freeman-Williams, had this to say about the Award…
"The 2008 Bunch Family Reunion Committee was inspired by the number of graduates in the Family over the past few years and decided to take the next step in support of higher education. Because of the use of high technology in every aspect of our lives, we committed to help one or more person(s) in the Family to further his/her training for job placement in this highly technical world by presenting a Technology Award. The award is given to assist in the cost of either tuition, books, or lab supplies in any given curriculum. This award is also a reminder to the recipient(s) that they are our own, and we plan to embrace them by giving back our time, talents and resources so that they can continue the legacy of this Family which consists of many different professions and careers."
The application process for the 2010 Bunch Family Reunion is in the planning stages. Send us and email and we’ll let you know when we will begin accepting new applications.
Donors can visit the Donations Page, select their Donation Method and designate “Bunch Family Tech Award Fund” for their donation. |
